Superheaters have a tendency to coat themselves with residues from the burning process of  the fuel they use. This can build up and have a seriously negative effect on their heat transfer capability resulting in lower performance and the associated  increase in cost.

We (RGL) have invested in cleaning equipment which can be set up inside a super heater and operated externally. Harnessing the power of ultra-high pressure water has proven to be a very thorough and safe way of removing internal deposits.

Internal deposits can build up inside superheaters as these “before and after” pictures clearly show. Our latest technology enabled us to thoroughly clean this Super Heater within the time constraints of the customers maintenance program.
